[CW] 500 kHz ham transmitter

I was truly hoping for better sense, at the FCC level, and they would forbid ANY commercial equipment for the band, unless it was an old unit that some ham had converted for ham use.  Put the ham back in radio.  In this case, lets just say it ALL must be commercial, and cost at least a thousand bucks, and turn it into "user" radio.
