[CW] Thinking about tubes

Hello.

I recommend the TR4CW/RIT. Great resale value

should you later decide that it might not be

your cup of tea.

None of the other all tube transceivers have RIT.

I also have 2 TR4's and KWM2A but not for CW.

As has been mentioned, twins (separates) are

the way to go for serious CW.

No clean QSK (Tentec/Elecraft are the exception),

relays are the norm.

Good luck with your decision and have fun.

Jumping from band to band will be weary at times.

So keep that in mind if you like to jump around a lot.

But it's a great kick to put them on the air.

Also, not too many CW ops on the air nowadays, so

tight filters are not really needed.

73

which is great to have.
