This video has been posted again - but I just looked at it again
recently and I see that it is NOT the original video - two short
segments have been added to it - sending with a semi-automatic bug and
sending with a double speed key (side swiper or cootie key).
He uses 200 to 300 grams tension on the key and he practices with 0.4
mm spacing gap (about thickness of two postcards) but sends with 0.2
mm (one post card) gap.
Also when I watched it originally, I did not get what the sender was
doing to letters having dash and a dot right next to each other. He
sends the dashes without a motion of the wrist, and the dot WITH the
action of the wrist.
I don't use my wrist at all - I send with the forearm but the wrist
flexes in response to the motion of my forearm.
I don't know if my speed is as high as this man's speed. He seems to
be about 3 wpm faster than I send - you can hear it at the end when he
sends fast and sends the alphabet.

Maybe this hybrid style - he calls it "reaction sending" - might give
the sending a slight speed benefit.
