[CW] Some CW on HF

Hello List,

Following my enquiry about commercial CW I've had a quick look on 8MHz,
as mentioned in another reply.

I've also heard:

"CQ CQ CQ de HLG HLG HLG QSX 8MHZ K" repeating on 8484kHz is this really
"Seoul Radio/HLG"?

I also hear some CW traffic, sounded hand sent on 8452kHz. All I picked
out of the noise was "QRU" "QSA5" "3/6/8/12 pse k". 
An old list I found on the net
http://www.textfiles.com/hamradio/FREQUENCIES/freqlst.ham has this down
as VAI, thus Canadian. Is this station still active? Nothing heard after
the first weak signals. I'll keep an ear on things.
