[CW] DX Tools

Sometimes it is nice to get a bit of memory help when scanning the
bands looking for DX.  Remember, the first station to contact the DX
usually never has a pile up, but without knowing the call, often juicy
DX is tuned by, until there is a big pile up.

"Skimmers" are a new invention - they are called "reverse beacons" and
I don't completely understand why.

Skimmers are a radio/computer/CW decoder that extracts the callsign of
stations and then spots that station!  Some skimmers take their
discovered spots and then add a DXcluster's spots to that.
