Hello group!
I contacted my friend Tony Laci who owns Nu Morse about running a
promotion that might be of interest to members of this group.
I also mentioned that many of the programs that I have work under
Linux under WINE. If you want to try this, the programs are available
as ¨Try before you buy¨.
Tony says:
The Nu-Ware programs are not tested under Wine and are not guaranteed to run
but I'm pleasantly surprised to hear that they do seem to work. This must
due to recent work on the emulator since previous reports from users was not
so encouraging.
The discounting sounds like a good idea !
Here's how I could do it:
For the month of April *only*, offer will not be available after end of
April.....
1) You announce the special prices as below on the group.
2) Payments to be via PayPal, my account is TonyLacy at Nu-Ware.com.
Anybody with a credit card can sign up and use Paypal with a minimum of fuss.
3) I will endeavor to send license codes to the email addresses given in my
PayPal notifications within a few hours. Anyone not receiving them within 24
hours should email me. Most delays are a result of emails from me or vendors
going into spam traps.
Here are my suggested prices in US dollars, which are based on approximately
20% discount. The discount does not apply to the standard product upgrade
offers:
Product/normal price/discounted price
NuMorse Pro/35.95/28.95
NuCode/29.95/23.95
NuMorse2/30.95/24.95
Code Weaver/19.95/15.95
4) Wine users beware...I can't give specific support for getting Nu-Ware
programs running under Wine although I will try to help with other general
questions of program usage. That said, I'm aware of an issue with license
code installation under Wine. Under Windows the code is copied over from an
email into the apps using the Clipboard, and I'm told that this doesn't work
under Wine. Users who come across this problem should contact me for details
of an alternative method of entering the codes.
I am happy to help your group out.
