[CW] Side Swiper Net Update

Yann (Ian) , F5LAW has done some nice work on updating the Side Swiper
Net's pages on the Internet.

For those who don't know what a sideswiper is - it is also commonly
called a "Cootie Key" here in the USA and Canada - it is a horizontal
straight key which operates by being manipulated left then right,
alternately.

Here is the Sideswiper Net home page.  Be sure to check out the
various cootie keys - especially those of W6BNB and N6SL - both are
home made.
