One of those bases for the Bunnell sideswiper might work if it were cast out of pure lead, and had some of that no-slip rubber drawer liner stuff bonded to the bottom. I might try fabricating something like that for mine. I have about a 4" diameter ball of scrap pieces of lead wire sheathing "round here somewhere". Don k4kyv
