[CW] 80 meters in good shape last night

80 meters seemed in good shape last night.

I worked a QRP station from the UK who was running 10 watts, a SV2
from Greece, Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean VQ9JC, a bunch of
central Europeans, and just when I was pulling the switch at 0330, a
UN7 called me - Kazakhstan.which stretches in longitude from the east
coast of the Caspian Sea to due north of central India - what a big
country - the ninth largest country in the world, and the largest
landlocked country.

Even if I only got the western part of Kazakhstan, it would be good,
but it would be really good if UN7 was the eastern part.

Does anyone know where the 7th district of UN is located?
