[CW] CW coded groups QSY'd to 3528.5

We could never know.  Could be a government station broadcasting to their embassies, or military doing broadcasts, or a "numbers" spy station.  It may not be intended to be transmitting on the freq we are hearing them on, but may have a transmitter problem and transmitting on the wrong bands.  What we need to do is immediately send emails to the FCC complaining (the rest of you to your own countries authorities)

  If nothing else, it's sure is great practice.   Haven't had a chance to copy coded groups since I retired.

      Here he is still a solid 10 DB/s9 with peaks to 20 DB over....

      His time group is synchronized to a computer clock, it seems accurate to at least 1 second as I checked with the time server on his last preamble, the hour is offset plus one from UTC  and the date is correct now .  Dec  4th....

      Lots of power and I would say Northeastern station....has that local punch....
