[CW] RE: CW coded groups QSY'd to 3528.5

He is just above my noise floor and not moving my S Meter much. He has some
slow QSB and is running between SØ and S3.

He is 599+20 here in Louisville, Ky.  Using Kenwood TS-570SG and Inverted
Vee up 80 ft.

It's broadside E/W.

 

I would sure like to know who it is.

Here he is still a solid 10 DB/s9 with peaks to 20 DB over....

 

His time group is synchronized to a computer clock, it seems accurate to at
least 1 second as I checked with the time server on his last preamble, the
hour is offset plus one from UTC  and the date is correct now .  Dec
4th....

 

Lots of power and I would say Northeastern station....has that local
punch....
