[CW] Cypher man preambles....

I note his preambles follow sequentially this pattern for each message..

nr 38 d  04 00:52:51  1986

nr 39 d  04 00:59:07   1986

Also the time group in the preamble advances in time with my CPU clock

although his time given is one hour advanced over UTC....

The year being 1986   seems strange...

Each message is about  6-7 mins long...
