[CW] What is best CW transceiver??

Any of the TenTec rigs are FB CW rigs, espedcially if they have filters, be
they
DSP or mechanical.

Not if you buy an older model such as a Corsair
which is a fine CW rig. It doesn't have any digital
stuff (other than a digital readout) but it sends and
receives rather nicely. It all depends on how modern
you want to be.
