Just a note to tell all that I've been able to install and use Morse
KOB (American Morse over Internet) and Morse Communicator (either
Morse over Internet) on a Linux computer (this one) using WINE version
1.1.2.
WINE is here (various binaries are located with your distributions
package locations)
http://www.winehq.org/
Winetricks (a script file that helps you install many Microsoft
programs - tricks them into thinking your using Windows!
http://wiki.winehq.org/winetricks
Firse, install Wine 1.1.2 either from binary, or compile, then the
usual configure/make/make install proceedure.
Second save the winetricks script as "winetricks.sh" Run this
install the fonts first. Ignore all complaints. Then click Dotnet2.0
and it will download Netframework 2.0. Ignore all complaints - It
always said "this failed" but it worked fine.
Morse KOB instructions is located here: http://bluwiki.com/site/MorseKOB_FAQ
The latest full install Morse KOB is here
http://morsetelegraphclub.org/morsekob/download/morsekob.zip
CWcom is located here: http://www.mrx.com.au/d_cwcom.htm
CW com for some reason didn't work first time - but on the 3rd try and
every try since then it worked fine. The first two times the "tone"
kept going.
Have fun!
