[CW] test message to see if it bounces.

OK lets start over.  I am making up a new message to send to mailman, with a
copy to you, to see if it bounces.  If it does, I will then take this whole
thing and relay it on, along with the bounce notification.  What generally
happens is they bounce them, and also add the original on the bounce
notification, as an attachment.  My problem is that most attachments never
reach me, because Outlook Express(since I have been using it) strips most
incoming attachments "due to possible spam" etc.
