Hi Eric,
  One suggestion I have right off the top is to incorperate some kind of 
weight adjustment (if not already in place).  It has been my experience, and 
I think others as well, that CW at the higher speeds is a whole 'nother 
animal and changing the weight as you move up in speed can make a world of 
difference in ease of copy.
