[CW] I finally joined!

I have been threatening to join fists since I got my extra in '99 and 
discovered that CW was more fun than phone.  I finally got my membership 
certificate today #12867.  I should have joined then my number would have 
been a lot lower now it is going to take 5 minutes to send my FIST number.
