[CW] Unscheduled round-tables

Hello Paul,

I've found when hearing a lively chat - perhaps I know one of the two
people and I'm sure they will both hear me - I don't want to break
into a group where one of the people doesn't hear me.

Often, when the fellow I know asks the other fellow if he minds me
joining in, the other fellow gets freaked out - he can't handle a
three way!

It seems that some take it as an insult if you want a three way, some
can't handle the idea of speaking to more than one person - especially
on CW and some just get confused.

One way to get a group going is to chat with a friend who likes round
tables, and when exchanging call signs, say "Anyone out there want to
join us?" - or something like that.

That seems to be the best way - but the best way to get a round table
going is to arrange a schedule (sked) - say "Let's meet on 3549 kHz at
5 pm daily".
