[CW] Code in Iran: CW and military (or othe?) requirements

I suspect the news media took some literary license with the term "Morse
Code". As an example, the tap code used by our POWs at Hanoi Hilton was not
Morse, but an XY 5x5 ("K" is absent) alphabetic matrix where the first taps
indicated the row, the second taps indicated the column (of the target
letter).

ABCDE
FGHIJ
LMNOP
QRSTU
VWXYZ

A tap of "tap-tap <pause> tap-tap-tap" for example, would indicate the
letter "H" (Second row, third column)
