[CW] FCC Actions

Seems bizarre to me that a license class which is no longer obtainable,
and is only held by those who renew without upgrading, is getting new
privileges. Sure Advanced Class licensees have passed a more rigorous
written exam than generals, and so perhaps they deserve more than
generals. Then what about Extras who passed a 20 wpm test, and have to
share all of the spectrum with 5 wpm (including multiple choice code
test) extra hams.
Oh well, I guess there is no point in expecting FCC actions to make any
sense.
