they should do something like that. I looked at the rules last year and 
again today. All it says is all bands except warc bands. So the contest 
organizers do not care where they operate or who's fun they spoil in 
doing so.

I wrote them a nasty-gram last year after the contest and heard nothing 
back from them. So this year I will just operate as per usual and if 
there is an extreme cw contest, so much the better.
