[CW] XCW - Extreme CW Contest

I think that this contest running at the same time as cq ww is an 
excellent idea. I get peeved at ignorant ssb ops who have no respect for 
band segments during their contests.

Normally I like to have a long ragchew with a local station that cannot 
be qrm'd by these folks, but this adds a new dimention to it.

I'm not a contester, but i will participate in this one just to make a 
point to the ssb stations.
