I note one major typographical error, in 97.303 (g) (1):
 "In the States of Colorado and 
  Wyoming, bounded by the area of
  latitude 396° N. to 42° N. ... ."
           ^^^

I somehow suspect that "396" should read "39", to match 
Section 2.106 US267. I'll call the contact in the FR notice,
but I suspect I won't be the first call.
