[CW] Birnal Electric CW key

Can anyone tell me anything about a CW key made 
by Birnal Electric Mfg Co.?

The key appears to be solid brass.  From what I can 
tell, every part of it is brass (including bearings, 
adjustment screws, etc.), except for the spring and 
the knob.  It has a Navy Knob on it.

I should add that it has extremely good action.  I think the
only thing that I have ever used that had better action is
the McElroy "Stream" key.

Any info would be appreciated.
