I for one would love to hear those fabulous Russian CW operators again - 
they were among the finest in the world - although I believe the USA CW 
operators were better - after all we had to intercept them.  I would say 
that on average the Russian ships had better operators than USA ships but I 
still believe we had better operators than the best of them.  Perhaps it is 
my patriotism.
