[CW] Morse testing

If the government tried to hire me for radio communication (including being a CW op), I would have a hard time turning it down.  I'd love to spy on the "bad guys."

The (British) GCHQ - our communications "spooks" - still hire cw operators,
presumably the NSA does too.  :-)
OTOH when the supply of ex-seagoing and military ops runs out things might
be different...guvmint jobs for hams perhaps?
