Thanks for the welcome. I wonder if anyone elses
operating has gone down this weekend. My heart just
hasn't been in it. Radio sure lost some of its
specialness when it was opened up to everyone. It
used to seem special and neat to get on the extra
class bands, knowing that I was doing something that
not everyone could do. Now anyone who can buy a book
and study for a weekend will be an extra.
Might have to leave HF and concentrate solely on
VHF/UHF and satellites. Should be a pretty safe place
since the CW haters will have left and gone to HF.
