[CW] Morse testing

I like it too, but Ken is right. Furthermore, the same is true for 
sub-bands next, and any testing what-so-ever after that. I will 
cheerfully be wrong about that, but bet I'm right.

In some ways, CW just got it's own version of 'exclusive'. Only 
people who WANT to be using it, will be. It's a nice 'club' to belong to.
