You will also remember that Ralph Haller of the FCC Private Radio Bureau 
refused to recognize NVEC at one time saying that FCC would recognize each 
VEC as a separate entity.

FCC was right then - look at how much recognizing NVEC has cost the hams?

I don't elect NVEC, but I do elect ARRL.

If anyone should speak for the hams it should be ARRL.]

Frankly, I thought that ONLY the ARRL should have done testing.  See what 
you get by letting NC-VEC in?  I mean NVEC.
