[CW] MixW CW operation

If you were running MixW and using the Winkey hardware box does this mean
all you would have to do is
plug in your rigs keying jack to the Winkey box and have MixW control the
rigs keying line via Winkey....
i.e no interface between Winkey and the radio keying line???
Please forgive my ignorance.
