[CW] Fast hand speed - over 25 wpm

I used to be able to send quite a bit faster than 20wpm, but I was younger
and fitter then. I've just had some cortisone injections in my hands
and when that's cleared up, and hopefully cured my tendon problems, I'll
have a go on the old NATO key and see what I can still do!
Anyone any suggestions as to how to time the speed?
