Thanks John,

Yes ARRL made a "move" to no longer publish the BoD minutes in QST several 
years ago - publishing it on the web instead.

The point is that written archives which are held at the various libraries 
are just that - ARCHIVES of what was.

Electronic publication is much more vunerable to change, either being lost 
due to hard drive crash, or editing to change the "past" or just deletion.

The point I'm agreeing with is:  When ARRL published the BoD minutes in QST, 
we all could find an old copy of QST and read them.

QST used to publish an index in December QST, I saw a notice in a recent 
issue about one being "for sale" at a low dollar price - has the annual 
index in the December issue been eliminated also?
