[CW] Old ARRL License Manuals - Correction!

Previously, I wrote:

"The License Manuals I have (various issues from 1948 to 1971) did not have 
ITU regs for the ARS, only FCC."

Well, that's simply wrong! MY BAD!

All of them except the 1948 edition have a 3 page chapter on "International 
Regulations". 

The 1948 edition was 25 cents, and consisted of 33 pages of info including 
index, plus 9 pages of advertising in the back.

The 1951 edition was 50 cents, and consisted of 64 pages of info including 
index, plus 31 pages of advertising in the back.

The 1954 edition was 50 cents, and consisted of 85 pages of info including 
index, plus 28 pages of advertising in the back. 

The 1962 edition was 50 cents, and consisted of 83 pages of info including 
index, plus 30 pages of advertising in the back. 

The 1971 edition was 1 dollar, and consisted of 99 pages of info including 
index, plus 14 pages of advertising in the back.
