[CW] Where are all the 80 meter CW ops?

By a similar token,  10m is being ignored.  Don't forget to check
10m when 6m is showing Es propagation (like today).  I worked
a couple zeros 599 both ways this afternoon on 10.  Not DX,  but
hey...

I think a lot of ops have left 10 with the assumption that it is a solar peak
band only - tis not true.
