[CW] 40 meter QRM

Hi,

I am hearing bad QRM on 40 meters. It is a pulse train kind of noise, 
with a pulse rate of perhaps 20 Hz, which stretches from about 6990 to 
7080 kHz. I don't hear it on other bands, and cannot take the time right 
now ( got to go to work ) to listen between ham bands for it. I am on 
the big island in Hilo. I wonder if it is some locally generated QRM, or 
is it being heard elsewhere.
