[CW] Leave no ham behind

According to the story the "last ham" was lamenting the passing of cw, but I 
didn't catch anywhere that it said that he actually WORKED cw when he 
ragchewed with his cronies.

I have heard guys complain about the dumbing down of amateur radio and 
eliminating the cw requirements, as they talk on SSB  with the same group of 
people on the same frequency night after night, using a transceiver from the 
factory with a store-bought antenna.  Some of these guys haven't built 
anything or actually worked any cw for decades.
