[CW] Leave no ham behind

I did not begin this thread, but answered in response.  However, we have had
enough time to get it out of our systems.  The fact is, CW will no longer be
a required test for amateur exams in the US.  

In respect to John and others who put up with this mess...  this is my final
word on it.

Let's get back on the air and enjoy what we have.
