[CW] Removing the written test

So, to get a ticket in this "brave new world" do we all have to practice 
talking into the mic & sounding like overmodulated pig farmers?   It's 
not for me that I worry, but what about my friend David N1EA from Mass.? 
  Maybe the ARRL can have some on-the-air locution lessons instead of CW 
practice runs.  Mr. Haynie won't just be on Green Acres reruns anymore.

(My apologies in advance to any of our CW bretheren who do, in fact, 
raise pigs for a living--I'm a cattle guy, but whatever).
