Hi Elan.  I have no idea who the manufacturer of those keypads was,  but they
always looked to me to be identical to a touch tone pad that was common to
U.S. desk phones sold/rented to customers in the seventies and early eighties.

I'm thinking Western Electric, but I could be totally wrong on that.
