Twcw - A program to send Morse Code. Features: sending from the keyboard or
a file, prompting for variable fields (RST, Call sign, etc) when sending a
file, word completion, keys rig via the serial port with a simple and cheap
interface circuit that fits inside the serial port's RS232 connector, timing
code derived from Tom Sailer's sound modem, on-line help, motif (X) GUI.
