[CW] Keyboard Program

After over sixty years of CW my old fingers are giving out from arthritis.
When I get so that I get too sloppy on my paddles I switch over to the
computer and use it as a keyboard. I am a good typist and can still handle
the keyboard ok. The family computer has Windows XP and I use a program
called MixW. I have built a simple one transistor switch that keys my rig
from the serial port to the key jack.

But I have to use the family computer to do that. My computer that is
dedicated to HAM radio uses Mepis (Linux) and I have been unable to find a
CW program to use as a keyboard. Does anyone know of a Linux cw program that
will let me key a switch to key my rig? It sure would be a big help to me if
you do know of one that is available. I need it for transmitting only and am
not interested in receiving CW.

Thanks...
