[CW] Bug parts

Keeping the older bugs gong is getting more difficult:  some things that 
aren't available anymore from Vibroplex are:  Triangle shaped (originals 
were fibreboard) thumb pieces, Presentation LaHiff variable main springs and 
levers with the La Hiff adjustment screws, Champion/Lightning Bug vibrators. 
Shorting knobs, and shorting switches - both black and red knobs are out. 
Old style flat topped "pilars".  Most parts with just nickle plate are out 
of stock, just the new parts which are chromed.
