[CW] Code Buddy needed

I need someone to send and receive morse code with me.
 I'm at about 9 wpm and really want to increase my
speed.  Please be on the west coast or have good,
consistent propagation into northern California. 
Also, you'll need to be the patient type... this could
take a while!
