[CW] N5LF Alan Wormser - Silent Key

I have just learned that Alan Wormser, N5LF friend of amateur radio, lover
of traffic nets, dancer of folk dancing - especially with his beautiful wife
whom he loved dearly who died about a year ago, died this past Friday, 
August 13, 2005.

Alan was a member of ARRL, FISTS, GACW, DTC and other organizations.

Alan was the guiding light in some excellent FCC proposals for rulemaking - 
he was coauthor of the Wormser-Adsit-Dinelli submission and also of the
recent FISTS submission to preserve technical and CW skills in amateur radio 
license structure.

Alan loved his wife greatly and was heartbroken by her death - she was a
lovely and sweet woman.

Alan is loved by his amateur radio and professional friends who knew him as
a loving and genuine person with true love for CW.

I will miss him greatly.
