[CW] Copy of email I just sent to QRP-L "management"

For those that are trying to make sense of this - it concerns an email to 
the QRP-L listserver (email list).

I found it difficult to understand at first, because I saw that Ed was 
manager of the QRP list he mentions, but now I see that it was the QRP-L 
list.

I wish you well Ed, you've been a cool head and steady hand here.
