[CW] Telegrapher's MILL Font

Oh, for everyone's information:

The Telegrapher's MILL font supports upper and lower case.

In other words if you applied it to this message, you'd see it all in upper 
case, but the ASCII numbers for each letter are different:

A is different than a.
B is different than b.

But with Telegrapher's MILL font, they all display as upper case, yet retain 
their ASCII identifies.  If you have problems seeing lower case this is a 
perfect font.

You won't be accused of "shouting" on computer any more!   - and it is 
perfect for low vision people like me.
