To me that is proof positive that the U.S. govt has banned CW and/or is
totally against it.  I do understand that for the average person, CW may not
be the most efficient way of transmitting data, but to not allow CW, paid
for by someone else, or to honor service personnel is pathetic.  Selective
support for history?  Maybe the reason some are so set against CW is because
of its growing popularity and the proficiency of some operators.
