"Richard: Just curious, why 17 cm ??"


No solid reason, one of my cohorts expressed an
interest in trying 440mhz.(confounds the scanner
listeners!! Grin) Its good to hear that other ops have
tried/expressed an interest in MCW/FM. One of the
local repeater custodians has given clearance to run
it on 'his'repeater(2m) which is not heavily used at
all, although I'm wondering if that might change!!
