Many of the club listed minimum speeds, which could not be WPM the way
we measure it in the USA. At the bottom of the page it says:

P.S. : la velocita' (speed)CW è espressa in caratteri al minuto.

Is there anyone who knows Espanol, or is that Italian, that can confirm
the translation is

"P.S. : The velocity (speed) CW is expressed in characters per minute.  ??
