I received replies from two list members (I won't 
mention their calls, since they sent the information
off-list) who confirm that there was an FYO iambic 
paddle produced, and one is sending me a copy of the 
original brochure for it!

There is a photograph of one (along with a photo of
the "common" FYO single-level paddle) at the bottom of
